I gained some audience feedback from my front cover and the biggest response was to use a different background other than white.
Meanwhile I believe I have almost finished my contents page after some rearranging and font changing so it is consistent throughout.

I am considering using a different font for the Contents title and repositioning the title so that the space at the top is filled and not looking too empty.
